Damn I get parried from thescore esports as well! HAHAHAHA

Justin is a really cool person. He takes the parries on the chin and compliments people for being able to do them. It probably goes back to his playstyle, where he roles and takes the punches just to spin it back on others in a positive way. He takes the “lameness” of being beaten in a spectacular fashion and turned it into a profoundly popular thing for him and the FGC. It may be the Daigo Parry, but Justin owns it lol.

How can you just not just love J Wong now? He’s so amazing and fun!

  4. より:

    My guy, just embrace baldness.

  5. より:

The incredible legend of Justin Wong is that he always beats his opponent precisely down to the last pixel, and then pull out the super so that other players get a chance to experience Moment 37.

  6. より:

As much as I applaud Justin for taking this so well, I can't help but wonder if he's ever wanted to do the parrying instead of getting parried.

  7. より:

love the He Daigo clip xD

  8. より:

If you think Justin is a boring player.
You should watch ChrisG play morrigan.
Soul Fist Soul Fist Soul Fist.
    LoL!

  9. より:

Nah Justin's a real one. He aint salty about it and even embraced the memes of him. Not a curse but just another legend

  10. より:

What I extremely love is that the guy is SO FUCKING GOOD that he actually manages to give everyone he fights against the chance to do it by learning their playstyle in seconds and doing the exact damage to let them at 1hp everytime.

  11. より:

Beyond the culture and context of it, I just enjoy the meme of Justin being haunted by it sort of like how Tony Hawk keeps running into people who thinks he looks like that skateboard guy.

  12. より:

Justin is a great guy. I watch his stream when I can get on twitch. He's also active up here in Vancouver helping out turnies up here.

  13. より:

Always wondered what his VF 5 skills are like

  14. より:

Im waiting for Riot FG then Iam maining Seraphine

  15. より:

Daniel youre one of my favorites presenters at theScore esports, but your hair definitely my favorite.

  16. より:

So how many more times is theScore esports gonna milk this Evo Moment 37 ??

  17. より:

from nyc with emp to being papa jwong

  18. より:

Back when their were just fighters and no fans, say 2004, how did the Japanese players even afford to fly over to compete?

  19. より:

This is a fine video, entertaning, a part of videogame history indeed, thanks for ths iconic documentation of moment 37

  20. より:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the way they say tatsumaki-senpu-kyaku really fast was because there were vowels that weren't fully pronounced and instead saounded like tats'mak'-senpu-kyak'. Found that out by listening to the SFX of Street Fighter Alpha on NeoGeo hehe. Oh and full respect for both Justin and Daigo, They have skills that I can't even begin to think how to develop. I appreciate their talents and their contribution to the FGC, even though I'm a Tekken player, but I do play other FGs but not to the extent as I do Tekken.

  21. より:

Lots of pretty blouses on this channel…

  22. より:

jwong just milks it for content nowadays, every opportunity he has hes letting the opponent try, just to clip it and post on his channel. sad

  23. より:

and this thing that make me start become his fans….(at first i'm on daigo's "side" ) , and start to know more about him… he's funny player, i enjoy watching his video…

  24. より:

Jwong during peak was the main villain, he was the big boss fight for every tournament. It’s just that he was bamboozled by Ume’s magic.

Getting clucthed by Daigo is a privilege not anyone could get.

  25. より:

I mean, jumping in the air to dunk gets you dunked easier. Just so happened this one broke the glass for all of the internet

  26. より:

Funny thing about the whole event is how at lot of people got a Mandela effect around it.

Some people think this was the Finals and the last round
Some people think Daigo won the Tournament
Some people claim to have watched the previous "Evo Moments"

  27. より:

Nah. Justin's Akuma in MVC3 was God tier, this moment doesn't mean a thing about his skill.

This moment for me is bigger for Daigo, however, I will forever yell "Let's Go Justin!" just because it was so earnest in it's delivery.

    Blesss evo moment 37.

  28. より:

Justin Wong: If I cant play this game, I would pick top tier xD

  29. より:

More FGC ESports content! I've been waiting!

  30. より:

I was there in the audience (only Evo I ever attended) and the video footage has never done the amount of noise justice. I could not even hear myself screaming

  31. より:

It's not a curse, it's a beautiful piece of history.

  32. より:

Justins new 3rd strike videos is one thing i look forward to about his page lol will they or will they not complete the parry and now he changed the meta lol

  33. より:

damn they really milking this evo moment stuff huh

  34. より:

Justin is lame in his playstyle so it makes him going for a safeish round ender chip kill fail is soooooo troll

  35. より:

None of these tournaments have Clay Fighter, thus I can't take them seriously.

  36. より:

Being a fighting game player Daigo parried is one of the greatest achievement you really need to get

  37. より:

If i was justin and if i was just Getting daigo'd online id be so buthurt
