I'm still using my Xbox 360 Super Street Fighter 4 Mad Catz TE-S with a Brook Adapter to play the SF6 demo and it's still not missed a beat! Got a TE2+ hardly used in basically new condition for less than a new RAP4. After about a month I shelved it. I don't play fighting games but shmups. Therefore I don't benefit from this stick's portability. Instead, the flimsy top and overall "hollowness" drove me crazy. It bends and squeaks no matter where you tap or press the case, not screaming premium to me. What's worst is that the top bends when pushed in. The more often you open and close it, the less flush the lid will close over time. Now, for tournament players performance is all that matters and the stick performs very well, and the PCB is the best in any unmodded stick, I get that. However, I play on my desk and don't take my stick anywhere, that's why I prefer a heavy/sturdy arcade stick like a VLX, Fighting Edge, Victrix or Dragon. I am glad though that I got a te2+ just to have this classic stick. Ergonomically the TE2+ is quite high which again is fine if play on your lap. For tabletop play my hands regularly turned numb during prolonged sessions.This is because of the steep angle and the resulting force it puts on your wrist, aggravating your carpal tunnels.
